To access PK Rummy's services, you must register a free account using your Pakistani mobile number. You will receive an SMS verification code to confirm ownership of the number. One account per mobile number is permitted.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must update your information if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PK Rummy login credentials. You must:

Each person is permitted to hold only one PK Rummy account. If multiple accounts are discovered to be held by the same individual – whether under the same name, mobile number, payment method, IP address, or device – PK Rummy reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted. No conversion fees are applied by PK Rummy on any deposit.
The minimum deposit amount at PK Rummy is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to daily, weekly or monthly caps as set by the relevant payment provider. PK Rummy may apply additional internal limits at its discretion.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically arrive within 30 seconds of confirmation. IBFT and card deposits may take up to 15 minutes depending on the originating bank. If a deposit has not appeared in your PK Rummy wallet within one hour, contact support with your transaction reference number.
By depositing to PK Rummy, you confirm that the funds are yours and that they have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not in your name, or funds obtained through illegal activity are strictly prohibited. PK Rummy complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
PK Rummy processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within five minutes of the request being submitted. Withdrawals via IBFT or bank card may take up to one business day.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though withdrawals above Rs 5,00,000 may be subject to additional verification procedures.
No Fees: PK Rummy does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside PK Rummy's control.
All bonuses and promotions offered by PK Rummy are subject to specific terms that are displayed alongside each offer on the Promotions page. By claiming any bonus, you accept the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms.
Most PK Rummy bonuses carry a wagering requirement – the number of times the bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements range from 5x to 25x depending on the promotion. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering completion:
All bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the individual offer terms, typically ranging from 7 to 30 days. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically without notice.
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum permitted single bet or spin is Rs 2,000. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
PK Rummy reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it suspects the promotion is being exploited. This includes but is not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, use of arbitrage strategies during bonus play, or any other approach PK Rummy deems to be an abuse of the promotion system.
Each game available at PK Rummy – whether a casino slot, live dealer table, sports betting market, or crash game – operates under its own set of specific rules which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before playing.
PK Rummy reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
In the event of a game or software malfunction, PK Rummy reserves the right to void the affected round. Where a malfunction results in an inflated win not consistent with the game's published paytable or odds, PK Rummy will not honour that win and will restore the member's balance to its pre-round state.
Live dealer games at PK Rummy are subject to the rules of the game as administered by the live dealer and studio operator. In the event of a dispute regarding a live dealer outcome, the studio recording is the definitive reference. Decisions made by the studio operator in accordance with their rules are final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK Rummy and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:
Account Action: Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended without prior notice. Associated balances will be frozen pending investigation. Confirmed violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

PK Rummy provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms limits PK Rummy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
PK Rummy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity (12+ months with a zero balance), or legal or regulatory requirements.
You may close your PK Rummy account at any time by contacting support at support@pkrummy.app. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification checks.
Real-money funds in a closed account are returned to the account holder following completion of any required checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on account closure. PK Rummy is not responsible for the return of funds held in accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or Terms violations.
PK Rummy may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material – affecting your rights or obligations in a significant way – we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Minor amendments (such as clarifications, formatting improvements, or non-substantive wording changes) may be made without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will always reflect the most recent revision.
If you disagree with any amendment, your recourse is to close your account before the amendments take effect. Continued use of PK Rummy following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PK Rummy's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of PK Rummy's services shall first be submitted to PK Rummy's internal dispute resolution process.
To raise a formal dispute, contact PK Rummy support at support@pkrummy.app with full details of your complaint. PK Rummy will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
If you are unsatisfied with PK Rummy's resolution, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant regulatory authority as specified under PK Rummy's gaming licence terms.
